I called my local store and they told me a date.. they recommended that I purchase it online & then they hold it for me for pick up! because they sell out quick! I would check the website every few hours! & had all my payment info saved and ready to order.. I ended up purchasing a special fortnite edition before Christmas for my son, then a few months later for my step son's birthday this way! Good luck

A:AnswerMight need to hard reset, hold down power button for 10 seconds then release, console should completely turn off. Then power up device, should be working fine afterwards.
