Nintendo is thinking ahead into the future, it may not be that a 2TB SD card has been released however it can hand up to 2TB when it gets released!

Please try again later.They claim because they built the switch to be compatible with up to 2tb, which yes those arnt made yet, however they plan on you using the console for many years, and 2tb sd cards are being created, just not available for purchase yet. so yeah its stinks but they will work when released. I think its good the company wanted to plan ahead.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Actually larger SD cards are available but the price currently prevents the market sales of them. I've seen up to 2 TB SD cards, but they are a rediculous price. They will come down.
