Yes! Sword and Shield won’t have the morion catching mechanic so it’s a non issue, plus, Let’s Go uses gyro tilting controls for catching while in handheld mode ao both games are completely playable without buying anything extra!

You are probably going to have to use other joy-cons to play those games.
