Yes this Nintendo Switch is not a switch lite. It is an exact model of a regular Nintendo Switch it is just a different color/design

Same old Nintendo switch but with a special joycon colors, dock painting and case. I believe it’s also the new Switch V2 with longer battery life but I’m unsure

It will function like normal switch, going from docked/tv mode to handheld, joycons can be removed and replaced like normal switch. Think of it as a new skin for a switch.

It is a full Nintendo Switch, which means it comes with removable joycons and a dock allowing TV play.
It does not have any extra functionality beyond a standard Nintendo Switch you would buy in-store today, if that was your question.
