b/c people are camping for this and are savage when majority of people who are buying this probably already have a switch lol. Pre-orders basically keep selling out almost instantaneously if you see it available and then it says it isn't anymore. If really wanted, can camp out for it from retail stores who will probably have 1-3 in stock excluded from the pre-orders. I'd give a call to ask though. I know all gamestops will be doing that.
