This one does not come with the game. Every region except North America gets the bundle with the game and it costs a little more, not including taxes, fees and shipping.

This does not include the game.
Some countries included the game as a download (but also raised the price accordingly). Nintendo of America did the consumer-friendly thing and didn't include the game, which allows people who prefer physical games to buy that instead.

As stated on the official Animal Crossing: New Horizons twitter the US edition does NOT and will NOT come with the game included. The UK edition is the only one so far that has a digital code bundled with it.

The US version does not include the game at all. If you zoom in on the picture, on the top right you'll see it says, game not included. But honestly, if it did, it would cost more. I just love it for the colors LOL but I'm waiting to see if this is the newer, longer battery version or not.
