“If we purchase online will we have the option to pick it up in store? I purchased a switch in August to be shipped to my home and it never arrived,it would be better if i pick up in store”

If I were you I will have the option to pick it up in store because it sounds much more secure.But if the delivery is low and you will receive it within 2 days I will take shipping.Its all up to you if you want to pick it up or get it delivered to you.
