It will not work in Europe with other providers since it locked to T-Mobile service. It will work on T-Mobile but calls are a bit expensive. You can call T-Mobile and ask the cost of the call since it depends on the country and also they might unlock the phone if you spent $100 or more for the service. Also they might unlock the phone for 30 days period.
