• Yes this phone takes the small sim card. For all those with normal sim cards the small sim card is inside your normal sim card. Look at the outside and you will see the outlines of the small sim card.

• from my experience this uses a micro SIM. I believe the 'middle' size SIM card.

• Yes. You may need an adapter, however, depending on the size of the SIM card.
