A:AnswerI cracked, mean smashed, the screen on my Ipad and took it in to be fixed. Like yours, the Ipad still worked. The tech was honest enough to tell me that only the screen protector was cracked, and that was the only thing that needed to be replaced. So, $25 later, I had a clear screen again!
A:AnswerIt depends on the store. Some stores don’t always have capable personnel. I had to go to two store to find someone willing and capable of installing a screen protector, usually if you buy it at Best Buy they will guarantee it and if something happens to the protector they will replace the protector. You buy a warranty for the iPad to cover breakage.
A:AnswerYou will have to buy the shield. I ordered mine online and took it in to the store for installation. It is a 10 inch iPad. Cost approx Dec 2021 was around $15.

A:AnswerIf it’s a Zagg or Invisible shield and it’s cracked you can take it to a Zagg booth somewhere and have it replaced for free. If the screen isn’t a Zagg then you might have to pay for a new one and pay the $15 installment fee by geek squad to put a new one on.
