Hi - the 4th Gen tablo currently supports Roku Smart TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android Smart TV, and Samsung and LG Smart TVs, manufactured from 2019 onward. You can view a full list of compatible devices on Tablo's website.

That may have been a typo, but it's important that you know that this device records broadcast TV shows and doesn't have any relationship to any DVD format. Secondly, if you mean a streaming device (such as a Roku or a Fire TV stick), yes, it will work with these devices. If you mean a Smart TV, also yes, but it only works with certain Smart TV's, which were manufactured after a certain year and use certain software versions.
