Your Roku should have a Tablo app. Once deployed, the app should allow you to control your Tablo streaming content with the Roku remote. It's all done on your home internet. If you wish to record shows for later viewing, you need to connect an external storage device to the Tablo via USB on the Tablo box.

It plugs into your router/cable modem via an Ethernet cord. As well as you have to plug a digital antenna into the tablo, if you live close to a city you can make one out of a cable wire and paperclip, direction on YouTube. On the Roku device you download the tablo app. The Roku device connects through your home network to the tablo device through the app.
