Can I record from my cable tv source cable? null

The tuners in Tablo are for over the air frequencies only, they do not receive or record anything from Cable TV subscriptions. IF your cable TV is disconnected and you are re-using that physical cable which exists in your home already to distribute a local over the air antenna signal, the PHYSICAL CABLE when re-purposed for use by the home's antenna may be used to bring the OVER THE AIR ONLY signal to the Tablo as there is no difference in the basic design of "cable TV" cables and a good cable designed for OTA antennas.
