• No. This is strictly for over the air antennas. It also requires an external hard drive to use as a DVR.

• No but you will need to switch it either by mechanical switch or by the tv. I use a roku on each tv and then let the app handle tablo, then I use all of my other media with the roku, but you can't plug cable into it. All of these products are designed for OTV. If you can stream you use a product called https://www.playon.tv/ running on you pc on the network and then use the app on your device to watch it. Right now its 29.99 (Lifetime) Hope that helps
