I have an hdtv antenna that sits in my window. It is amplified and came with a stand. They are very thin. You just follow instructions on your tv. You just attach the antenna coax and follow set up instructions on your tv. You may have to change position or location of your antenna because they can be directional. Hope this helps.

I'm only able to get local channels 2, 4, 11, 5, 13, however they are good quality unless it gets windy then the channel skips. I did subscribe to Tablo so I can record upcoming movies or tv series, the commercial skipping option does not work for me. I have to manually fast forward
