I purchased these on Amazon and I had this happen. I contacted the manufacturer. They refunded my money and replaced them at no charge.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! I thought I had a defective pair. I bought them Sept. 2019 and today (May 2020) they shut off after about 20 - 30 minutes after a full charge. Will contact TaoTronics about it as another answerer suggested.
