A:AnswerThe headphones will only pair with one item at a time if I understand the problem correctly. You willhabe to turn off the bluetooth or unpair the headphones from the devices you ate not using when the headphones are in range. The same thing happened to me attempting to use multiple (2) devices at the same time. Ie. Calls on the phone and media from the tablet.
