Its on but are very weak and quiet which is unfortunate
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try another laptop USB port. The one you are using may not be transmitting power. Also, try plugging it into another device altogether, one you are sure has a powered USB port, just to see if the Chill Mat is the problem. The fans are very quiet and not very powerful, but you should be able to hear and feel a difference if you plug it in and out a few times.
