I’m not sure if the exact size and I don’t have a ruler but my 13 inch computer sits on it with very little room sticking out on the edges.

I have a 13 inch Apple MacBook Pro and the chill pad may be close to an inch wider if you move my laptop to being flush on one side. The chill pad definitely cools off your laptop provided you are on a hard surface.
