• Yes, sense gaming software is computationally intensive if running the program under Windows using Boot Camp the cooling fan will help keep the computer cool.

• Sure it helps, its better than nothing. I have a gaming laptop and it removes the heat really well for it being so cheap

• It should. It might be a little small for your computer. But if your computer is starting to heat up easily or often, I would definitely recommend it. Gaming computers are not cheap, and overheating is one of the fastest ways to kill your computer.

• Probably, although I'm not a gamer. My laptop has been running hot for a long time even through winter weather. When the hot weather came in, I purchased it for extra protection, and I'm glad I did.
