The Targus Travel Power Adapters are designed to adapt plug shapes for international outlets, but they do not convert voltage or provide USB charging directly. To charge your phone or iPad, you’ll still need to use your regular charging brick and cable. As long as your charger supports the voltage of the country you’re visiting (most modern phone and tablet chargers are dual-voltage, such as 100–240V), you can safely use it with this adapter.
