• Yes the remote does change channels, has volume buttons and power on/off button. Good design.

• Absolutely! The TCL Roku remote that comes with the TV has a power button located at the top and volume buttons located on the right-hand side. You can also use the arrow keys on the remote to navigate antenna channels. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
