I haven’t had this issue at all . May I suggest to you that you look into the strength of your router . It might be that the signal isn’t strong enough to stay logged on. Just a thought . I’m certainly no expert. A signal booster also might help the problem. But that’s a might . Again might . I’m no expert. I would consult with the TV manufacturers.?
