• You should not need an additional subscription. We just logged into the app on the TV with our existing info, that we use on our other devices.

• No, you just have to authorize your subscription on your new tv (assuming it is a smart tv). When you select Netflix on the new smart tv, it will give you instructions on how to authorize it.
