• Although this TCL Roku TV is designed with the primary role of television in mind, it does come with 3 HDMI ports. Any of these ports can be used to connect the TV to external devices, such as a PC. Thank you, TCL Customer Support

• As long as the output from your computer is HDMI then yes it can be used as a monitor. I am not sure I would recommend it for gaming however since most gamers prefer a display with a fast refresh rate and I am not sure this will work as well in that respect.
