Just purchased the TCL 32" 1080p excellent picture minor problem, when the set is first turned on the sound is distorted, if we turn it off and back on again it's fine. Not a big deal just afraid it might get worse in the future, Thanks null

Regarding the distorted sound when first turned on......I had the HDMI cable in Port 3 and it should have been in Port 1 or 2. The set now works great, both picture and sound.

Is this using a source like a cable box? If so, check to see if that is set to digital audio output, or analog. Try switching it to see if that makes a difference.

If you have this happen without using an external source, I don't have a good answer for you.
