• Those buttons are shortcuts that take you straight to popular apps like Hulu, Netflix, Prime. They cannot be programmed they come preset.

• The buttons located on the lower portion of the TCL Roku Remote are our partner buttons. They are designated at a factory level with some variation, and cannot be reprogrammed. They are intended to be shortcut buttons to select streaming channels. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
