• Trying to get Amazon Prime to tune in is very frustrating. No problem loading it with any of my other devices in same room as this TV. However, on TCL it typically takes several minutes to get a program to load. Once you get into it, there isn't any problem loading different programs. If you watch a lot of stuff on Amazon Prime, don't get this tv.
