• This TCL Roku TV does not feature a screen protector. You can visit https://www.tclusa.com/sites/default/files/2018-09/3-Series-Roku-User-Guide_US-CA-8.1_4.pdf for the full users manual. On page 139 you can find Care and Cleaning instructions. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

• My TV did not have a plastic cover over the screen. The bezel had plastic but that's it. My TV was received new in the box with no blemishes on the screen.
