• No you do not. Roku is included and is very easy to setup.

• You do not need to buy a Roku as it is already incorporated within the TV. However, in order to access the Smart features of the TCL Roku TV (including streaming), you must connect your TV to WiFi. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
