“I use Spectrum Cable. The cable's remote allows syncing with the TV's on/off and volume features. But it will not sync with this TV and while there are hundreds of TV codes from Spectrum, NONE are for a TCL TV. Spectrum support is perplexed, as am I.”

Our TVs are compatible with most Universal and cable remotes. Many Universal and cable box remotes can be programmed to control certain features on the TV. You can visit https://support.tclusa.com/tv-remote-codes for more information. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
