“I just had this TV installed. The picture does not fill the screen on top and bottom...black strip top and bottom. The picture is widened, so that the images are not normal size... everything appears widened. Is there any way to correct this?”

• You can find different picture settings by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Under the option of "Picture Size" you can change the way the picture adjusts to the screen size. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
