“Does this TV include a media Player for watching videos or viewing photos from the USB port? If so what is your opinion concerning the usability of this feature? In particular is video viewable during Fast Forward, or only a timeline shown?”

The built-in media player and USB port are designed to use moderate-sized thumb drives for playing back movies, pictures, and music.
