“I just received this tv today. I’m very disappointed with the picture quality. The setting it at its darkest but it is still too bright. Also the contrast isn’t good & picture not sharp. Can I change any of this?”

There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing! I have made several adjustments and the below settings are the best I could do. I’m still not in love with it, but it will do. TV Brightness: Darker Picture mode: Vivid Micro Contrast: off Dynamic Contrast: off Backlight: 100 Brightness: 50 Contrast: 100 Sharpness: 50 Color: 88 Tint: 0 Color Temperature: Normal Hope this helps. I found it was mostly a lack of color that made the picture “meh”.
