you dish & dvd are not android. you will need to go to setting . and search for blue tooth devices and connect to proper device

To use Bluetooth Headphones with the Android portion of the TV, you would need to connect your headphones to the Bluetooth part of the TV itself. Our TCL Android TVs support Bluetooth and can be paired with compatible audio devices that also support and pair via Bluetooth.
