“Is there a way to secure access to the TV's bluetooth or wifi so other people can't see it's broadcasting?”

• The TV does not broadcast openly. You would need to activate Bluetooth broadcast to use Bluetooth. For WiFi, it is connected to your personal network. Other people will not be able to see your TV unless they are connected to your home network. Depending on your network devices, you would have different ways to secure your home network. • Yes. You can designate private casting in your settings when you connect your Bluetooth to it.
