1.) Power on your TV and press the "TV Settings" button on your ATV remote (looks like a gear)
2.) From "TV Settings" navigate to: More Settings -> Remotes & Accessories -> Add Accessory
Note: if you are trying to find the TV's bluetooth on another device you would perform the following:
1.) Power on your TV and press the "TV Settings" button on your ATV remote (looks like a gear)
2.) From "TV Settings" navigate to: More Settings -> Remotes & Accessories -> Bluetooth Visibility
