QuestionWhat is the processor and how much ram in this TV?

- Answer Bad support answer. I see it has 2 cores, just like last year's model, so probably 2 GPU cores as well. Looking at dual core TCL TVs, I can only find 55P65 as somewhat similar, which has 1.5 G RAM and 8 G inbuilt memory according to gizbot, so I'd guess similar class. They'd advertise it as a feature if it had a decent number of cores or amount of RAM.

- Answer 1. Roku and Spectrum have a contract problem and Roku recently discontinued the Spectrum app. 2. There is a Spectrum APK workaround. 3. If you already have Spectrum on another Roku TV it will automatically transfer to this new TV.

QuestionHow do open the TCL remote? I cannot open it. It's poorly designed is an understatement. I have attempted numerous times and so has my fiance. It's ridiculous. We are thinking go back to a best buy which would be a huge incovenience.

- Answer I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one to encounter this issue. I honestly thought that I was going to break the remote trying to open it. I was able to muscle it open but this honestly is one of the harder remotes that I've ever had to open.
