I don’t have an exact answer but my 2016 model updated as recently as last week!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the TV is connected to the Internet, it should continue to receive automatic updates for both the operating system and streaming channels if available. You can go to Home>Settings>System>System update>Check now to do a manual check for available updates. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
