no. I even tried installing them backwards and it made the tv unstable. So I bought a wall mount.

No. There's no way to change the legs position

For this 55 inch TCL Roku TV, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 43.9 inches. The feet are not adjustable. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
