Generally TVs do not come with any cables besides the power cable to hook into the wall. The cable(s) you would need just depends on your source. A Blu-ray Player you would need to buy and HDMI Cable. Any will do, no need to buy the expensive ones. If you have a standard DVD player then the analog (yellow, red, & white) cable. This TV comes with a little adapter to hookup the analog cords if needed. But lastly this TV is a smart TV utilizing Roku’s software which runs great. You would just need Wi-Fi to connect the tv to like your laptop or phone. Then you can stream tv like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Apple TV, etc. Hope this helps!
