A:AnswerThe tv must be transported upright and not laying flat according to the employees at Best Buy. It would not fit behind the front seats of my 2019 Ford Escape but it did fit behind the front seats of my wife's Lincoln Navigator.
A:AnswerFor 4k streaming the minimum bandwidth recommended is 25 Mps. Remember that this amount of speed needs to be deliverable to the TV. If you have multiple devices running simultaneously on a connection that is just 25 Mps you’ll be bleeding off what you need for the TV. That said, you’ll receive a displayable picture under 25 Mps, it just may not be in 4k as many streaming services will automatically lower the resolution based on their detected speed of your connection.

A:AnswerTCL is my favorite TV brand. I’ve only ever bought TCL 4K TVs and never had an issues other than a remote stop working. I contacted TCL support, and they replaced it free of charge and I haven’t had any problems since then. This QLED TV is a great buy. Don’t find a better TV in the price range with the same great features and ease of use
A:AnswerCurrently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
A:AnswerYes, you’ll need an adapter as this TV only has 1 port; NO red, white, yellow ones for old school DVD/CD players. They sell them at BB. It’s a 1 into 3 plug cable; that has 1 that plugs into the side and the other 3 ( red, white, yellow) that connect to your equipment that you need. They cost $9.99. BB does sell another adapter that you can use also, that plugs into your HDMI port
and your colored plugs too. BUT that requires an outlet also AND costs $39.99. Don’t let them pressure you into that. The cheaper one works just fine. They know it.
