• You choose an input for antenna, or cable TV, or Blu-ray, or any external source just like you do with the built-in streaming services, by selecting an icon. It's very easy to use. There are some direct access buttons on the remote, but unfortunately, Roku doesn't allow them to be programmed as to what they do, so you're stuck with whatever function they have out of the box.

• The remote that comes with the TV is used for everything ...... However once you choose cable with the remote and are connected to the cable you will have to use your cable remote. I find that not to be a problem. Love the TV.
