“Is this tv new and is it 100 per cent up to date on all software problems? .”

• Got mine Feb 19, 100% new and after 1 OTA update has the latest firmware. Overall it’s good tv for the money. The GoogleOS is wonky with CEC at times but it’s much better than what I read it was before the December update.
