“Why isn’t this TV compatible with the Hulu and YouTube app? When I try to download from the App Store it says not compatible with my device. I also checked and the tv software is up to date.”

Having trouble with the sound and it also has a Skip and Delay when watching a tv show or movie. The sound will go away one minute then next minute it will sound like its screaming at u I have already went into Settings and No Luck! Just bought tv at Christmas and it has been getting Worse.
