Q: QuestionThis TCL will not download the Spectrum app. Is there something specific you have to do to get it to work on this specific TV? I bought it specifically to use the app.

Q: QuestionThere's a blur at the bottom of the screen (where UI might be located) - it's affecting all streaming content. This blur only exists when something is playing, otherwise, the menus look fine. I assume it's a software issue?
