“Will this TV support 4k while running 144hz? My concern is mainly because there is only 2.0 HDMI advertised. Which is a game changer if both functions can't be used simultaneously.”

• HDMI 1&2 is capable of 4K/144Hz and HDMI 3&4 is capable of 4K/60Hz. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
