I just purchased a tech21 case and a pop socket and my pop socket keeps falling off when I’m holding on to the phone using the pop socket for more than five minutes at a time. It seems as if the heat from my fingers is warming up the pop socket and it is popping right off. My previous tech21 case from a year ago did not have this problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. My wife has on on hers. I wouldn’t recommend using it with a car vent mount for pop sockets. I had something similar on my phone and when I had the heat turned on it melted the adhesive and fell off. And wasn’t the same after.
