A:AnswerI just purchased a tech21 case and a pop socket and my pop socket keeps falling off when I’m holding on to the phone using the pop socket for more than five minutes at a time. It seems as if the heat from my fingers is warming up the pop socket and it is popping right off. My previous tech21 case from a year ago did not have this problem.
