what is the reception distance null

I live in Fort Collins and I get all the stations in Denver from my second floor of my home and most of the stations from first floor. That is about 65 miles range that this covers to the antenna sending the signals.

I believe 50 miles. The antenna is great. Had lights on the front so you know when it is positioned for optimum signal. Can download an app for the best signal finder also.
